Amber E. Williams
I have over 20 years of experience in the field of education and I am certified in the state of Texas in ELAR 8-12, Core 4-8, Special Education K-12, and Principal EC-12. I have worked in traditional public schools as well as charter schools and served in the roles of classroom teacher, Dean of Instruction, Assistant Principal, and Principal. I have a B.A. in English, and an MBA. I am a Six Sigma Green Belt and DEI certified. My doctoral dissertation is on the topic of leadership coaching, transformative learning, and DEIJ and I am passionate about helping leaders to grow. I have successfully coached aspiring school leaders to principalship and aspiring business owners to entrepreneurship.
I am also a writer, public speaker, and a board member of several non-profit organizations including, The Stepping Stone Foundation. I believe that all children have a right to an exceptional education and that building capacity in educators and leaders is the way to provide that.
